USE OF PLAYER'S INFORMATION

Sportbet.one is built around minimal data collection. We do not collect, request, or store government-issued identification, proof of address, selfies, or any other personally identifying documents from Players at any stage.

The only information we hold on a Player's account is: (a) an email address or social login credential used to access the Services, and (b) data naturally generated by using the Services, such as bets placed, deposits and withdrawals, balances, and in-platform activity ("Betting Data"). Together, these are referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Player's Information."

By using any of the Services, the Player acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

Sportbet.one collects Player’s Information to:
- Enable us to set up a Player's Account so that they can make full use of all the features of the Services, including placing bets;
- Keep Player informed of future events, offers, and promotions from sportbet.one.

Sportbet.one will only use Player's Information, including sharing it with third-party partners and subcontractors who process data on our behalf, for setting up, operating, and managing a Player's Account:
- Providing any of the Services requested of us, and for any proper purpose connected with such provision;
- Preparing statistics related to the use of the Services by you and other customers;
- Preparing and displaying appropriate individualized marketing material and content;
- Periodically sending account holders written communications to announce significant service changes, technical issue updates, and changes to the Set of Rules (which includes this Privacy Policy);
- Investigating suspected unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise improper activity connected with the Services (such as arbitrage, multi-accounting, bot use, or other flagged behavior) — such investigations are conducted using behavioral and account activity data, not identity documents;
- Reporting a crime or suspected crime; and
- Any other purpose necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations to the Player.
- Sportbet.one does not require, collect, or store a Player’s identity documents. Anonymous or low-data accounts are supported within the limits of our license and AML program.
- If a Player chooses to purchase cryptocurrency through a third-party payment provider integrated with the Services, that provider may conduct its own identity or age verification as part of its own onboarding process, under its own privacy policy and terms. Sportbet.one is not party to that verification process, does not receive the identity documents submitted to the provider, and has no visibility into or control over the provider's checks.
- Sportbet.one will not send Player unsolicited information regarding any third-party commercial offers or advertisements.
- Sportbet.one may use the Player's username and/or first name and region for advertising or promotional purposes.
- We may transfer Player's Information in the event that we sell our business or any part of it, including in the event of insolvency.
- If a competent governmental agency, law-enforcement body, financial intelligence unit, gaming regulator, or other authorized commission issues a valid and legally binding request that requires us to disclose Player’s Information that we lawfully hold, we will provide that information to the extent required by law. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we will notify the affected Player. Where the law prohibits notification, we will comply with that prohibition. We can only disclose information that actually exists in our systems.
- If at any time the Player wishes that we stop processing Player's Information for the purposes mentioned above, the Player must contact us, and we will take the appropriate steps to stop doing so.

Sportbet.one uses cookies and similar technologies to support the operation of the Website and the Services.
Cookies are used to:
- collect analytics data through Google Analytics implemented via Google Tag Manager, in order to prepare statistical reports on the use of the Services;
- perform affiliate and referral tracking, including attribution of registrations and account activity to referral sources and partners;
- enable functionality provided by third-party services integrated into the Website, including live chat and wallet connection tools (such as WalletConnect, where applicable); and
- support aggregated reporting on account activity, including the number of deposits and withdrawals, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
